My wife and I visited this agency on Friday the 3rd of January, to collect winnings from several Lotto scratchies. The shop at the time was empty. We were addressed, from the counter, by, (to my view) a short, rather scruffy looking female person, ordained with tattoos on the full length of both her arms and who said quite bluntly and loudly to us, whilst processing the scratchies. " The bar codes on these are not scratched out, if there was a line up waiting here (indicating the counter area) I would send you across to the counter to scratch them out yourself". she then left the further processing to a young female person, also in attendance, who looked to be quite upset at this behavior. My wife is 82 years of age, and I am 85, I am a retired Public Servant of thirty years' service (mainly twenty of them in Customs Border Control) and in my experience, found this person attitude to be extremely adverse and spiteful in her approach.
