My experience was not so nice, I was annoyed that I had to pay a surcharge for using a card for the transaction, and asked if she would prefer cash whilst we are in the middle of a Covid pandemic. She told me there was a sign clearly stating there is a surcharge.( it is definitely not visible when you walk into the store) having said this, it was her attitude that was obnoxious and arrogant, she told me if I didn’t like it, I could go elsewhere. Well guess what lady, that is precisely what I will do from now on. I have been in this store a number of times and have always enjoyed great service, but this lady had her cranky pants on and should give her Job to someone who would enjoy it more than she currently does.
