Located just to the south of Mackay, Sarina is a picturesque town with around 11, 000 people calling it home. Sarina has a very laid back atmosphere, with several beautiful beaches with great fishing located within a short commute from your base at the Tramway Motel. Sarina is famous for its sugar industry, with many sugar cane fields surrounding the town. There are many beaches within an easy commute of Sarina, with Campwin Beach about a 14km cruise away to the east.
