The Pilates Room is your local health & fitness studio in Ramsgate. We have the latest pilates equipment and half-tower reformers. We offer a number of mat and reformer classes to help you get in shape and feel great. We help you to achieve goals such as better posture, spinal alignment and articulation, increased core strength, pre and post-natal exercise, pelvic floor activation and reduced stress levels. Pilates also helps prevent injuries by strengthening muscles which support the spine and other joints and also helping to stabilise joints in order to prevent further injuries. Pilates is also recommended for people who are rehabilitating injuries. Members can exercise and workout in a relaxed, uncrowded environment with support from our friendly, professional and qualified instructors.
