Given the opportunity we would have gladly rectified the rattle for you at no cost. There are many reasons why this may have rattled & rather than simply bringing the vehicle back to us you chose to complain. We are a family business, have been here for 41 years & take pride in all the work performed at our workshop. With customers like yourself no wonder small businesses are going out of business!
