We support free range, natural and organic produce and source the majority of our ingredients seasonally from the best producers and distributors around our state. Our Oysters are unique to the Astor Grill and are from the waters of Pipe Clay Lagoon. The high standards of our Tasmanian producers enables us to provide consistent quality all year round. We have a gluten free menu. We cater to private functions with set and degustation menu options, or, we can tailor a menu to suit your requirements.
