WHITE LOTUS YOGA CENTRE was founded and established by Tanya Levy in 1995. The Centre is dedicated to empowering individuals with techniques and experiences to discover their authentic self . This is achieved through Shadow Yoga, meditation, self empowerment classes and courses, counselling, intuitive healing, retreats and rituals. The centre provides a sacred space for people to connect with them-self and others, and develop a relationship with their authentic self.

Tanya has dedicated the last two decades of her life to developing her awareness, sword of discernment and intuition, as well as strengthening her internal energetics, physical body and understanding the mind. "There is no final goal or point of arrival, but rather the journey, unfolding and evolving to eternity"

As individuals and a collective, we must learn who and what we are and are not. We must understand and see our stories and uncover the truth. We need to ignite our internal lights, learn how to make them shine and then shine .
