PILATES @ BRIGHTON, Brighton East, VIC

Pilates @ Brighton was established in 2002 by Melbourne Physiotherapist, Luke Goodwin. Luke has extensive physiotherapy experience in private practice and sports injury management and decided to develop a Clinical Pilates studio to assist with the rehabilitation of his clients.

Whilst there are numerous pilates studios for people to choose from, Pilates @ Brighton was established so that clients could receive expert guidance by someone fully qualified to understand their particular condition.

Unlike many pilates studios, Pilates @ Brighton ensures that each new client is fully screened for current and pre-existing injuries. This is performed during an initial one-on-one consultation.

Following this initial consultation, clients then have the choice of ongoing private sessions (1:1), or semi-private sessions (maximum of 3 people). Keeping groups to a maximum of 3 people ensures that each client receives excellent supervision, guidance and safety.
