Our art, Tang Soo Tao, is an art formulated from his many years of dedicated training and study of traditional martial arts throughout the world. Master Caputo was fortunate to train with many great masters and completed a number of long retreats.

It was his vision to integrate powerful exterrnal martial movement with internal cultivation.
Beginners focus on the physical aspects of the art, using the weapons of the arms, legs, hands and feet to develop effective self defence. This provides the new student with a solid grounding in traditional martial arts and an understanding of their body and of physical movement.

Advanced training emphasises Nei Gung and Qi Gong internal development through the practice of Taoist breathing exercises, yoga and meditation.
