Have had a very happy experience with this company. They come on time every month and answer the phone or return your call in a good time frame. Always happy to help with my queries and when I don't need a pick up I don't get charged. It's great! A much better experience than what I had with my previous garden waste collector.

The owner is very rude and not a pleasant person to speak to. They complain bag is to heavy yet don't have any lifting facilities for the bags. No trolley or hoist to lift bag. Had one of their guys knock on my door at 6.50am in the morning complaining the bag was to heavy!

I have been with this company for 12 months. They are very friendly and helpful on the phone. If your bag isn't full or doesn't require pick up they will roll it over to next month without charge if you call them. I was with them when it was $11 a month and they were very up front and honest explaining to all customers why the need for the price increase. At $13 a month they are still one of the cheapest around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
Things to know before committing....

Things to know before you hire the Smile Garden Sacks. They are the cheapest but the bags are much smaller than competitive companies. Also, we have been quoted $11/month. However, their actual schedule pick up is once every 5 weeks. You are charged if the bag is overweight yet the guy who comes to collect the bag does not use a trolley to lift bag. He drags the sack from your yard all the way to the street and then charges an excess for being over weight. Our bag wasn't even full, yet we were charged.
I will be going elsewhere once the 4 months is up. A little disappointing.
