Definitely avoid these guys, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Paid nearly $400 for a replacement belt for my treadmill including an alignment and service. Immediately after it was fitted the treadmill started to squeak. When I contacted the company they said it wasn’t related to their work and there would likely be a charge to come and fix the problem. My dad then contacted them (I am a female in my 20s) and was told to realign the belt despite this being included in the original work. This fixed the problem for a while but it re-emerged a few weeks later. I contacted the company again and was told again that it was wasn’t related to their work (then why did they tell us to realign the belt?) and that belts don’t squeak. Technicians came out and were really good but said that the stopper holding the belt in place had worn away (this was not a problem identified during the service). There was rubber powder on the ground from the belt being incorrectly aligned and rubbing against the stopper causing it to wear away – again there was none present prior to the belt being fitted. Company refused to accept they were at fault. We asked for a quote to fix it as we just wanted it sorted. Didn’t hear anything from them at all until I contacted them again over a week later. Was told they would find out that day and get back to me, never heard from them again. I think the treadmill is around 5 years old and I’m not at all an expert so I would be willing to accept there might be some other issues but given they immediately jumped to “not our problem” with no discussion and without seeing the treadmill, they could not explain when we asked questions and their behaviour since, I would have to say that these guys are just simply unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else.
