Description

Manufacturer of South African delicacies using 100% premium Australian beef. Our biltong, stokkies are prepared without preservatives. Our boerewors are made from an authentic Boer recipes originated from Johannesburg, South Africa whilst I was there in my butchery in the 1970s. Biltong and boerewors are synonymous with Southern Africa, the basic, most popular and well liked indigenous food. "Throw a shrimp on the barbie" or should I say 'Throw a boerie on the braai'.
