Description
The Nowra Pilates Centre studio has been established since 1994, and specialises in personalised teaching of the Pilates principles. Sessions usually consist of 4 people. We use a variety of Pilates equipment and also incorporate floor exercises. Our main focus is rehabilitative and remedial exercise, catering to individual needs and increasing overall strength, stability, flexibility and range of movement.
