Poor management, lack of communication, not receiving feedback or returning messages. Changing appointment without notification After a long time client and giving them many opportunities to get it right was a long shot for them. Unfortunately there’s nothing positive about “Move Physiotherapy” to worth writing.
Minimum amount of effort for maximum charge per client!! Very unhygienic and unethical place, not to be recommended.

Hi Farah, We are sorry for your negative experience. Especially when noting the 'maximum charge per client' - we note that you did not have any out of pocket expenses with our clinic. I am also unsure what you are particularly referring to with regards to being 'unhygienic'. We note that one of your appointments was shifted when your physiotherapist had COVID and was in isolation. You were noted at the earliest possible moment (the next morning after the positive case). Aside from this embellishment, we are disappointed by your negative experience. Our physiotherapists put in an unbelievable amount of effort into the care of their clients. However; I can appreciate that sometimes there is a disconnect between the best course of action; and the personalities of therapist and client. We wish you the best with the recovery of your injury.
