Mc Culloch Suzuki Wa, Victoria Park, WA

Not happy Jan! I sat at the door thursday morning (8am) waiting for them to open because I urgently needed some exhaust parts. The service guy said he could get these parts from Melbourne overnight ready for Friday afternoon delivery. Just rang to confirm, and now I've been told he didn't get the order in till after 1pm on Thursday. By my maths thats 4 1/2 hours to pick up a phone and order urgent parts, and apparently he missed the window. What part of urgent didn't he understand, now the weekends work schedule is totally blown out the window. And the parts can't be readdressed to my address, because it was "picked" at the warehouse, and won't arrice in WA till Tuesday. I made a delibrate effort to be there on time and give the Service dept enough time to order these parts, shame they can't provide the same commitment to their customers.
