It actually works! It has now been just over a week since my session and I knew by the 2nd day that I would be a non-smoker for life when I walked past some people smoking out the front of the shopping centre. I had no idea that cigarettes smelt so bad! Since then I have been around smokers and I can honestly say that it doesn’t bother me the slightest! In fact when I’m around smokers it’s just a reminder to me that I never want to smoke again. It’s hard for me to believe that quitting smoking has actually been so easy – but it really has - I have had no cravings for the nicotine, and everything is actually beginning to smell and taste so much nicer.
