We are going to take this to social media and also lodge a complaint. Take the money and disappear. No responsibility towards customers. Scam-booked air India tickets in June 2019 .Tickets got cancelled due to COVID Air India refunded the full amount but these people send me emails only .no phone calls as they vanished that they are still waiting for refunds ..2 years have passed no reply. And now they have activated another Google account showing Epping area ( AGAIN FACTORY AND WAREHOUSE ADDRESS) Found out this scam they have been running through social media , This is cheating That Indian Airlines paid customers ,but there scammers are eating all money , biggest mistake I did trusted these shonky agencies who open the business .put fake POSSITIVE reviews like they did for their Springvale Google account and when people started to put negative comments they erased the Springvale Google account .Check your email today I sent during India open times ,(were ever you are operating in Punjab

WE GOT CALL FROM GAGAN AND HIS FRIEND RAMANDEEP IN 2019 THAT THEY HAS OPENED A NEW AGENCY IN MELBOURNE. AS THEY HAVE LEFT DESI TRAVELS. WE TRUSTED THEM AND PURCHASED TICKETS .BUT OUR TICKETS WERE CANCELLED DUE TO COVID IN 2019 .THEY DEDUCTED THE MONEY WHEN WE WERE GIVEN FULL REFUND FROM AIRLINES ,WE HAVE BEEN CHASING THEM AND NO RESPONSE AS THEIR CONTACT NUMBERS ARE ALL MOBILES AND ALL SWITCHED OFF ALSO WE FOUND OUT THEY ARE BASED IN MOHALI AND RAMANDEEP AND GAGAN OPERATES FROM MOHALI . THEY ARE USING SOMEONE BODY ABN NUMBER IN SPRINGVALE ,ALSO WE FOUND OUT THAT RAMANDEEP HAS BEEN CHARGED FOR THEFT OF DATA FROM HER PREVIOUS EMPLOYER AND FIR HAS BEEN LODGED .THIS INFORMATION WAS SEND WITH FIR DETAILS THROUGH EMAILS TO US .

THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING OUR CALLS .OUR REFUNDS HAS BEEN FORFEITED .THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED THE PHONES .THEIR ADDRESS SHOW A FACTORY ,WHICH IS NO WHATSOEVER A TRAVEL AGENCY .NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOUR TOLD US THEY ARE RUNNING THIS TRAVEL AGENCY IN INDIA,,THEIR EX STAFF RAMAN TOLD ME SHE HAS OPENED HER NEWLY AGENCY IN SPRINGVALE ( ACTUALLY ITS IN PUNJAB) LATER FOUND OUT SHE HAS BEEN CHARGED BY DESI TRAVELS (WHO I WAS REGULAR CUSTOMER SINCE 2011 ) FOR DATA THEFT SHE STOLE ALL THEIR DATA BASE ,(FIR HAS BEEN LODGED ) I USALLY DELT WITH GAGAN DEEP WHO ALSO IN INDIA AND WORKING FOR LOVE KUSH TRAVELS . I RECEIVED A MAIL FROM DESI TRAVELS THAT THEY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DEALING WITH THIS AUNTY -GUYS IF YOU ALL HAVE ANY REFUND ISSUES ,CAN YOU REPLY BACK TO ME
