I went into your shop to order a cake for Sunday 24th. The girl at the counter said cakes needed to be ordered on the website. I cannot find a website only instagram and FaceBook options and I have not an account in either. It seems your staff should be better informed. You have lost a sales, as I wanted to purchase a large cake for a 70th birthday party.
