I went into your shop to order a cake for Sunday 24th. The girl at the counter said cakes needed to be ordered on the website. I cannot find a website only instagram and FaceBook options and I have not an account in either. It seems your staff should be better informed. You have lost a sales, as I wanted to purchase a large cake for a 70th birthday party.

Sorry Sophia, although we plan to have a websites, sometime in the future, we have simply been too busy since opening to invest the necessary time in planning and building it. However, you would have been told by our front counter staff that we handle all our orders via email and our catalogue is readily available online via Facebook & Instagram (free to join) or our Google Maps listing (no membership required). We apologize if this was misconstrued to mean that we have a website. Unless the shop is particularly busy, our staff will always try to assist with cake orders on the spot by showing customers the cake catalogue on one of our service tablets and arranging a preliminary booking for your requested date.
