Life is serious business - we know. But ‘serious’ does not have to mean dull or bat-poo boring. Seriously, we all have an inner zest that yearns to let loose. And we don’t mean run naked across the field at halftime (unless that's your thing). We simply mean dropping the facade and owning the quirky bits that make you who you are.

But our inhibitions are kept under lock and key by an inner ‘Dobby’ who second guesses ever-ree-thing then gets overwhelmed and retreats to the shadows at the hint of any kind of true self-expression. Then out of frustration, we revert to the dull version of who we are.

And in the quiet of our minds, as we fall asleep, we fantasise of the courage to stop giving a fudge and ‘do the thing’ or ‘say the thing’ and completely release our inhibitions. Imagine that!

Hypnoga® exists to help this inner child who is ready to cut ties with their dobby and take the lead for change. Yes, we know. You’re an adult now. All grown up. So proper like. But your current adult version is what got you here in the first place. This version of you has done a great job so far.

Hypnosis utilises the ‘trance state’ to offer powerful suggestions at an unconscious level. All of our behaviours stem from our beliefs stored at an unconscious level, this is why hypnosis is a necessary part of any meaningful change or transformation. Ancient tribes across the globe would enter a state of trance in caves using music, meditation, drums, and dance to connect with their higher power. This is because the state of trance is where the magic happens!
