All Health 2 Lifestyle therapists are verified, university qualified mental health clinicians, committed to assist the clients in improving their confidence and emotional wellbeing. Our staff are trained in such modalities as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Interpersonal Therapy. We support people by exploring their concerns and rehearsing simple, effective stress management and emotional regulation techniques so they can regain their inner strength and confidence, and become better engaged socially.
