I just maybe on the wrong website so please make sure this review gets to the right people. I just wanted to say a very thank you to the best & most helpful sales assistant ever. Helen, who works at the Hawksburn-Feathers served me last Saturday, February 7th. I personally am overcome when it comes to shopping for me and having NEVER been inside a Feathers store before was uncertain what to expect! Also having a slight imbalance problem can be so debilitating. Helen not only gave us her undivided attention but she allowed my husband into the dressing room while I changed into several articles of clothing, especially chosen by her for the occasions I will be attending. Thank you, thank you Helen for making my Saturday afternoon such a breeze. I so love all my outfits, and can't wait to wear. Know where I'll be shopping next season? Barbi (South Yarra)
