Great sweaters but service is appalling. Nikki has no care for customers. Responses if any, are short, un friendly and arrogant. Bought a jumper online and wrong size was sent. No apology and was made to return it. No offer to pay postage as she said free delivery was already given. Um hello, that was their general promotion and I had to post it back because of an error she made! She finally agreed to repay postage but hasn’t yet and has ignored all my contact made with her.
A decent company would have offered to send the correct sizing with a postage paid satchel to return the jumper. Better to buy from the Iconic or support other local business who are thankful of your business. Horrible experience.
