Recently, I engaged the services of Couriers & Freight Australia for the import of home decor items from China (Guangzhou), a total shipment of 40 cartons, to my small e-commerce business in Australia. Ultimately, I chose to ship my products to Australia via ocean freight because it was less expensive than air transportation – they kept me informed on the status of my shipment until it reached Australia.
I also appreciated the assistance provided by the company in regard to the documentation needed for customs. Since I had very little experience with import operations before working with this company, it was nice to have such a helpful and knowledgeable staff to help me complete the required forms and have all my questions answered quickly.
