Recently, I engaged the services of Couriers & Freight Australia for the import of home decor items from China (Guangzhou), a total shipment of 40 cartons, to my small e-commerce business in Australia. The process of booking a courier service with Couriers & Freight was simple because you could choose the location, date, and time frame for pick-up and delivery by clicking on the drop-down bar and entering in your postcode. There was a slight issue with confirmation of the date/time of pick-up, but once cleared up all went as planned. The package was very quickly delivered to rural WA and the condition of the package was fine when it arrived. Overall I would have given 5 stars if not for there being a little mix up regarding the arrangements of picking up my package.

First time I have used this company and it didnt fail me. It's very easy to use. I booked delivery from Sydney to melbourne, prices were good. The parcel labels emailed to me quickly and arranged my parcel after recieving it and they also collected it on the same day. It was a smooth process!
