Hypnotherapy is a short-term therapy that deals with your feelings and emotions. Whilst many people can achieve to make changes in as short a time as one session, others may find it takes two or more sessions. There are always two people in therapy and only one of them is me (the therapist). You (the client) comes with a lifetime history of happenings from your past. The more you can share that with me the more we are able to work out a strategy that will lead to short-term therapy. All therapy is confidential.*

Roy Hunter's book helps us to see the truth. There was consciousness and consciousness was with God and consciousness is God. I have experienced what he writes about and so I know the truth. I did not seek any of the events but my NDE, past life, hearing voices, seeing past present and future in dreams, drawings and symbols convinces me that God is intelligent, loving, conscious energy. Something we can all connect with when our minds become like the still pond and can then see true life reflected. Roy uses a term I have long valued: self-induced.
