Laura Wilson Psychotherapist works with adults and children in her psychotherapy practice in Bowral and Sydney in person as well as face to face online. Laura offers psychotherapy and counselling for anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity including ADHD and ADD, relationship therapy and grief.

Laura uses The Conversational Model, a psychodynamic therapeutic style. In addition to psychotherapy training, she holds a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in neurophysiology, Holistic Counselling, and complementary medicine from which an Allied Healthcare Practice with a particular focus on mental health and wellbeing was developed. She is also a qualified teacher specialising in the psychological and emotional well-being of children.
