Avalon Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates is a friendly practice in the heart of Avalon Beach, Sydney. We offer treatments in physiotherapy, acupuncture, remedial massage and manual lymphatic drainage massage, stress incontinence and exercise programs for falls prevention, Clinical Pilates and the innovative Whole Body Vibration Machine. We have wheelchair access and a hicaps machine for your convenience.
We strive to help you through your rehabilitation with a hands on approach supported by individually tailored treatments, education, and exercises backed by 30 years clinical experience. Our all-female staff create a relaxing environment to make you feel welcome everytime.
