Service was disgraceful! Products were recieved later than double the estimated delivery time and we were shown no courtesy in being advised of the delays. Then when products were finally recieved, part of the order was fitted incorrectly so we were forced to wait a further 6 weeks to get the issue rectified. I recommend that customers avoid this company at all costs.

Happy to get my blinds set-up, fingers crossed hoping for a good quality blinds. So far I have checked the site and you mostly have presentable blinds. Still, I will still be checking the exact blind that will fit my unit. Hoping for a really elegant blinds for my place.

I found their showroom at Prospect and was taken by the detail in the products on offer. I followed the advice given and had my windows measured for free- all transactions were easy to follow and installation was was made within the estimated time frame as was promised by their advertising. Fitting was so simple and quick. I am looking to order more blinds now as I continue with my decorating plans.

Good supplier for blinds! I had blinds fitted by Sydney Blinds last month, they gave me a really good price and installed when they said they would. The fitters were very friendly and tidy. Will recomment this company.

As a retired designer specifying blinds and having lived with them for most of my life, I love their function and value. I just love blinds as décor in a room. The Sydney blinds product I purchased here is excellent quality and improved engineering since I first started purchasing blinds 20 years ago. When my blinds arrived, the man installed them without any fuss. I would recommend this company to others! Tried and tested quality blinds and style!

We searched around to get the right kind of blinds for our kid’s room. I was hesitant to order online but decided to give it a try. They were friendly and helpful The process was smooth and accurate, they installed the right blinds they turned out so well! My kids room was finally complete, also it’s motorized and has a child safety mark!

It is very much important for me that my window blinds are quality manufactured and its materials and design to suit my interior. Surprised my wife with a roller blind,and she said it was the sweetest gift i gave her. i was not really sure what blinds fit our glass window in our room. then i checked online for Sydney blinds, they offer free quoting and helped me with what blinds to choose from including the installation of the product in itself. I'm glad i went to the right company and product the delivery and transaction is fast, my wife in fact bought another set of blinds from this same company. I was never satisfied ever with online buying just with Sydney blinds. We really recommend this to people who want satisfaction on whatever they are buying.

Recently ordered blinds for 4 windows, then a sliding door. Just wanted to let you know how happy we are with them. The staffs had installed the it properly and the sliding door fits perfectly and slide smoothly furthermore they look incredible. We have more windows and will be ordering a second time. Very good product!

The service and selection was excellent with competitive prices, good installation, no rubbish left behind. A little late for both quote and installation without phone call but was not a major issue for me. They look great! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating to my requirements and what I needed for light filtering and darkening certain rooms. Would definitely recommend Sydney Blinds and Screens.

Personally, I always wanted to buy elegant blinds for my house. I browsed the website of Sydney blinds and screens, saw different style of blinds which I never thought a blind could be styled the way they did. I purchased, and I was satisfied and pleased with what I'm seeing every day in my living room.
We had the window screen installed in our living room because we were impressed by the advertisement that says it has a superior stainless steel mesh and excellent grip protection. The kids' playroom is at the second floor so they like horsing around in there. The window screen they installed promised to withstand tension and a lot of weight. We obviously cant keep the windows open all the time esp if there are kids and we dont wanna close it to hide the great view outside. So far, it looks pretty tight and really strong/ durable to me. We'll see what happens then!
Roman blinds excellent

I just thought that the Roman blinds I bought was just a bit above average in price? I'm a bit skeptic but my hubby kept on telling me it was a good purchase.
We got home and I hung it up on the dining room window - the prime spot. It wasn't that bad, in fact it was great. It was elegant and I feel it liven up the area. I feel like staying more often there from now on.
These guys are fantastic. You say you need these guys first thing in the morning, they mean it. I had Bob turn up at 5.30am in the morning for a measure and quote. Make sure you have a coffee for him if you do!

I've always wanted to buy from them for when I had extra money. The elegant blinds that I always see on their storefront appeals me. So when I had the money I went there immediately. I knew it. I wasnt disappointed.

Curtains are in my office for decades! I do love having them, bright colors and silk makes my mood. During the day my office is hit by the sun so I need to cover my window with my light curtains, still the heat gets in, so I opted in changing them into blinds. I waas looking around and came across Sydney Blinds Sheer Sunscreen Blinds which offers reduce light protect without making my room look dark. I installed vertical blinds for windows we have on our home office. They paid us a visit, gave us different pricing and materials options and they did a fast and an amazing job installing them.
They even taught me how to maintain and clean them which was very cool considering that this is my first purchase with blinds. Definitely recommend them to anyone! :D I’m just happy I come to the right place.

Last year, we decided to buy a new blinds for our house windows to get ready for the new year. This was a last minute decision, and we shop for blinds online since we don't have much time to go to the store. The have a great selection of blinds and a brochure so it's easy for us. Meet us schedule was okay, even in a busy month they manage to be there right on schedule. Smooth transaction and great deals for me.

Sydney Blinds and screen is worth the price. I had it installed in my kids new room, what I like about it is that it has a safe control and lock. As a mum my priority is my kids safety, you kids are kids they are conscious and explore anything. Also it can cover fully that will give my baby a good nap during the day. Adjustable ans stylish, we have a lot of choices.
the customer service of this company is absolutely appalling.they do not return phone calls if its a complaint and have no after sales support. they take the money and run. do not use this company.

Sydney blinds came on time and installed the sirocco sheers I ordered from them in a breeze. They fit perfectly, I love the color because it truly matched my new sofa set. It's been six months since they installed my blinds and have not experienced any problems so far. The quality of the product is impeccable. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

I believe this really is one company that won't disappoint you! I possibly could 't be more happy with Sydney Blinds & Screens as well as their items. I intend to continue having them for more years to come. After all, when it comes to windows and door treatments, they have become a family tradition.
We have just moved to our first house and we wanted to get blinds that will look so much nicer than the standard DIY blinds you’d find in local home improvement shops. On a friend's recommendation, I called Sydney Blinds. I visited their website and phoned them and they scheduled an appointment for free quote and consultation.
Alas, they finally came and was extremely helpful during the blinds selection process. They explained ot me which blinds fit our interior living space and why while considering our budget too. The installation was done nicely and the roman blinds are of great quality. I highly recommend them.

I am completely in awe with my experience here at Sydney Blinds and Screens. They have a huge selection of blinds and the only problem I got was which one to choose. Pete walked me through the selection process and discussed to me what blinds would work for me. Eventually, the search directed us to vertical blinds and they worked great on my top to bottom sliding windows. I have a very spacious living room and we also used that to separate one of the corner spaces and turned it into a little study room for my daughter. The quality is superb and was fairly priced.

We just moved to our new apartment and we needed to have blinds for all our windows. We have no idea what we need or what will fit the interiors. The guys from Sydney Blinds & Screens guided us in choosing the right type of blinds according what will suit us best. They gave us great ideas, and showed us samples of their work so the process was not difficult as we have predicted. We ended up getting Sirocco Sheers and totally happy with the result. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Just had a wonderful experience with Sydney Blinds! After placing my order, one of their staff contacted me to double check the measurements that I gave them. It turned out I got the measurement wrong. I didn't know that I should take the measurements to the nearest 1/8 inch. They wanted to make sure that the roman blinds will fit perfectly. That's what real customer service is all about!

It's difficult to find the right blinds esp. when most window treatments providers in our area have very few options when it comes to styles, blind types and designs. I'm happy that Sydney Blinds and screens have a very wide selection to choose from. More choices, more fun!

I have been using them for years and will continue to do so because of the quality of their products and outstanding customer service. We bought a big old house and I'm about to order some blinds and I'm just trying to decide what color to choose. They just have so many of them which is great because you won't run out of selections.
There are a lot of blinds stores in my area but the problem is, most of them carry a very few options. I was delighted to come across Sydney Blinds & Screens because of their super wide selection of blinds, screens, canopy and a few other things. Their color swatches are awesome too for they have like 5 other colors based on the original color with higher light values. I love the fact that they have a lot of varieties to choose from. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Perfect fit! They got it all right. The color of the venetian blinds I ordered matched the color of my new couch - just the way I wanted it! The staff is awesome and very patient with my endless queries. Highly recommended!
When I contacted Sydney Blinds & Screens, the plan was to purchase awnings for folding arm awning for our balcony. The sales consultant offered me a huge discount on their plantation shutters so I just had to get one of those too. They are made from 100% furniture grade Basswood and has this very classic and homey feel to it. Our friends and families keeps on raving about how beautiful our plantation shutters are. on top of that, they provide excellent insulation and light control.

It took a little while for them to arrive, but for the quality and gorgeous feel of the 6 sets of blinds I ordered, the waiting time was all worth it! Each blind was custom made to fit my windows! They look great! I have them all in white. I will definitely order more from them and recommend them to everyone I know. I am extremely happy, first with the quality of the blinds and the service. I would never, EVER, purchase blinds from our local home improvement store again. Thanks!

Not only am I pleased with the vertical blinds I bought from Sydney Blinds and Screens, I was also pleased with the overall experience. Their people answered all my enquiries which was very important. It was my first time to have vertical blinds or any type of blinds for that matter installed and I’m glad that they helped me the entire purchasing process. I have nothing but praise for them. There’s only one thing that I’m kind of disappointed of. We have just moved from Sydney to Victoria two weeks ago! I wish you will branch out here!

There are absolutely a number of good things I can say about Sydney Blinds and Screens. They are really of good quality, the price is just right and very much easy to install. I ordered the roman blinds and they do a wonderful job in blocking out the sun light. The blinds showed up on the delivery date. I was told they'd arrive in the morning but they arrived at around 3PM. I didn't make any fuss about it anymore right after they put them up. The blinds were fantastic! They kinda' transformed my living room into a showroom!
Three weeks after they have installed the blinds, one of their supervisors contacted me and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my order minus the "upselling" part. Now that's really impressive! I have never experienced this kind of personalized customer service approach before. Sure, some would give you a call for follow up but what they are really calling about is to sell you another product or service. Sydney Blinds and Screens simply made me feel valued as a customer - nothing more, nothing less. I will definitely use you again and refer you to any of my family and friends!
I was window shopping for better quality panel blinds and among several stores I found what i was looking for here at Sydney blinds and screens, besides the product, the costumer relation they showed were great. The installation team were a little late but the job done was great.
