If I could rate them a ZERO star, I would. stay away from this Mob. they sent me for a test drive WITHOUT DEALER PLATES ON so I could have known it was unregistered. They sold me a car telling me the Pink slip was electronically sent to RMS who later confirmed they NEVER received it and told me the car was out of REGO BY A MONTH!! I paid for a pink slip and it FAILED! Got the RMS involved who got an Accreditation guy to inspect it and he put a DEFECT NOTICE ON IT! Sultan claimed there was NOTHING WRONT WITH THE CAR! I got an unregistered permit and took it back to them and they insulted me and yelled at me saying there is nothing wrong with the Drive shaft & the back door hinges! its not broken! what wrong with the back door? They tried to intimidate me and tell me that I HAD TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS TO MAKE THE CAR ROADWORTHY so I could get it REGISTERED!! I am a 70 y.o. Pensioner. Got Fair Trading involved and then NCAT. Sultan did not bother to turn up for mediation and the Judge awarded me a full refund plus my expenses. I am STILL WAITING FOR SULTAN to give me back my money - 3 months later!! STAY AWAY FROM this Mob, or you WILL REGRET IT!

Hello sorry to hear about that I wish I read these comments before I am in the same situation as you going to NCAT tomorrow I was curious to see if you had done the same seems to be qlot of people who have but no good result wonder if a current affair or something might be a better idea atleast let people know about them

I had a bad experience with Sultans Autos sales Bought a car via Autotrader website and via phone to sultans(they have no website). Not quite accurate in phone description. Their safety test not 100%,my car not roadworthy in Vic. "Wear and tear usual for age of car"-had an impact dent! Know 3 day cooling off period. Inspect for roadworthy,integrity and sound body. May save wasted time in trying to rectify issues-weeks to months.

Hi sultan autos where do you start . They should not be trading full stop . They say they’re professional. Hahaha what a joke . And their spray jobs omfg and their front guy with his man bag wrapped around his waist. He is the laughing stock of Sydney’s west of all car salesmen. The rubbish that poured out his mouth on cars . I’ve been a car salesperson for over 18 years and I haven’t seen anything like this company. Trip hazards all over the car yard . Dismantling other vehicles to fix others . Then they have a mechanic that provides low standard repairs on the vehicles. I was there for 20 or so minute and trust me I had to get out of sultans autos . This company is a ticking Time bomb . They will come unstuck it’s only a matter of time . You can always ring 7news I’m sure sultan autos would love cameras in their face.

I had the MISFORTUNE to buy a Ford Territory from them in July 2023 and I'm STILL battling with them. I'm 70 y.o. and they took me for a complete FOOL! I trusted them and they sold me a car that was UNREGISTERED and UNROADWORTHY! I drove it from Sydney to Nowra not knowing it was unregistered. Sultan told me the Pink Slip was electronically sent to RMS who later confirmed they NEVER RECEIVED IT and the car was OUT OF REGO SINCE early JUNE! I paid for a Pink Slip and the car FAILED! RMS accreditation checked the car and it now wears a DEFECT NOTICE! I got an unregistered vehicle permit and took the car back to Sultan who INSISTED THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR THE REAPIRS TO MAKE THE CAR ROADWORTHY!!! I took Sultans to Fair Trading and then NCAT. Sultans didn't bother to turn up for mediation and the Judge awarded me a TOTAL REFUND plus my expenses. I've not seen my car NOR the money so far!! It's three months later and I'm STILL WAITING for a settlement! DO NOT GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE!

I’ve bought at least six cars from them now, never had any issues with the cars or stuff members. All ways more then happy to make sure I get looked after with warranty and whatever else I ask for. The boys there are very Knowledgeable about cars and they always advise me if it’s the right car for me or not. Big thanks to MOEY , MEHDI, and the bro In law. Charbell Rahme

I wish i was an exception, i bought a car of them, less than a month, i paid $4000 and the car is dead now, doesnt even start, they told me they had a major service done to it, only to realise that they replaced the coils with USED coils, car has a major oil leak problem, not road worthy anywhere by now, they water jet the motor to clean it from any oil traces. Dont Dont Dont trust, a straight forwad rip off, like you will eally lose a lot of money and they dont even care.

Dont trust them, there cars are rubbish.. they will lie about it to get sale, and if you complain after sale they will get angry and shout and swear at you.. be warned.

I jut bought a Honda HRV from Sultan auto and I was really please with the level of service I received, they so help full and friendly. Marty was really helpful as I was buying the car sight unseen so I had to rely on them being totally honest with me, which I believe they were. It was and older car but it's a goodie. I picked the car up and then drove it home (8+ hour drive) and the car didn't miss a beat. Very happy and I would recommend them anytime. Again thank to Sultan Auto.

Will not recommend!!!! I bought a car and I was told by Mohamad that it comes with a service history. We came to pick up up the car. He said he will just post the service history as he still needs to find it. He only kept on promising, made so many excuses and never sent the service history!!!
