- Arrange OH&S report - Provide strata committee with advise and recommendation on building compliance - Arrange capital work fund forecast report - Manage fire safety compliance to ensure the building is compliance and line with Council requirements.

- Provide cash management report to strata committee - Create and send special levies - BAS and Income Tax returns - Provide end of month and end of year rollovers - Provide detailed financial report to the Treasurer and conduct meeting to review financials. - Paying accounts and outgoings on behalf of the strata scheme
