- Arrange Annual General Meetings (AGM), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM), Strata Committee Meetings (SCM) and any other meetings as necessary - Send agenda and financial statement and minutes to each owner - Provide a budget estimate for the coming year - Provide recommendation on amount of contribution levies for both administrative fund and capital work fund - Prepare and distribute to owners the minutes of meetings
