Painted by artist Akshaya Kumar Bariki,this painting is based on Hindu Mythology depicting life of Lord Krishna and Gopikas. Going by the traditional form of Pattachitra paintings,canvas is prepared by coating the cloth with mixture of chalk and gum made from tamarind seeds. The artist then added colors to the figures with vegetable, earth and stone colors. This painting was completed in 8-10 days.
