We are a family owned and operated business, Malcolm & Carol Jackson have owned Gold Coast Tweed Pet Resort (formerly Tweed Valley Pet Resort) for the last 22yrs. Malcolm & Carol have been in the pet industry for the last 30 years owning a boarding facility in Sydney before moving here to Tweed Heads. Our son Wayne has worked with us here over the years and is our full time Manager. Altogether we have 4 children 11 grandchildren aged between 19yrs down to 5yrs, who absolutely love to help out. We have always loved working with animals and pride ourselves on our extra special care we give to each and every pet we care for. We are highly experienced in problem and difficult dogs and can offer you an obedience and training course. Special care is given to each and every Pet that Books a Holiday here at Gold Coast Tweed Pet Resort. The Gold Coast Tweed Pet Resort are members of the following Association.
