Brunswick Travel & Tour is a family owned business founded and run by Zoe Tyros. In 1995 Zoe placed her faith in a travel agent to organise a special family holiday to Sydney to celebrate her mother’s first visit from China. Unfortunately the holiday turned out to be a disaster and something that Zoe and her family remember to this day. Zoe’s desire to become a travel agent was fuelled by this bad experience and sparked her determination to always offer a high level of service to help make customer’s holiday dreams come true. After finishing her diploma in travel and tourism at the William Angliss Institute, Zoe worked as a domestic and international travel consultant at a travel centre in her local area before opening Brunswick Travel & Tour in 2002. Zoe strongly believes that travel choices are very personal, reflecting a customer’s desires and lifestyles. She consistently offers a high level of service, placing the utmost importance on each client’s individual needs. Over the years she has established many long term relationship with clients. Most of Zoe’s new customers come through referrals from extremely happy existing customers.
