That level of attention and consistency means a lot. Katie is just excellent — she not only makes sure I’m cleaning my teeth, but also adequately remembers my favourite floss! It’s those thoughtful little details that make me feel genuinely cared for. Even the reception staff go above and beyond. They’re kind and supportive, especially on days when I’m not feeling my best.
