I’ve been coming here for years, and every visit reminds me why I stay. Dr. Malcolm always takes the time to check in on me, follow up, and carefully compare my X-rays every six months. That level of attention and consistency means a lot.
Katie is just excellent — she not only makes sure I’m cleaning my teeth, but also adequately remembers my favourite floss! It’s those thoughtful little details that make me feel genuinely cared for.
Even the reception staff go above and beyond. They’re kind and supportive, especially on days when I’m not feeling my best.
