Since its beginnings the company has grown steadily to its current size of two factories which manufacture shims, graphite gaskets, packing, boiler gaskets, Teflon, spiral wounds, automotive gaskets and many more parts which exceed the standard of ISO 9002. We also have twelve full time, professionally trained employees. Our main factory situated in Braeside, Victoria along with our Lonsdale, South Australian factory produce all parts to meet and exceed the standards. This consistent high level of quality and customer service has assured that the company is constantly growing and improving with time. In total we have 12 presses and a fully equipped machine shop within our production facility which enables us to process a large variety of materials, to produce all types of gaskets: including boiler gaskets, automotive gaskets and graphite gaskets, as well as washers and seals for a large and varied industrial sector. Some of the industries that we service include:chemical, water treatment, irrigation, air conditioning, pump and valve manufactures, pharmaceutical, defence, marine, medical and automotive. Our products include the FASIT range of jointings together with cork, leather, plastics, felt, sponge, non-ferrous metal, mildsteel, spiral wounds, stainless steel and all types of rubber such as viton, silicone, nitrile, EPDM, natural, and insertion. With our modern production facility and large tooling selection we are able to produce to customer requirements within a very short time frame. This we believe is the reason for our steady and continued growth.
