By adopting a range of therapeutic styles, the counsellor will work with you to overcome your presenting difficulties. No person or relationship is the same and therefore counselling is tailored to each individual, couple or family with the aim of helping the client(s) facilitate positive change and/or relieve distress. Empowered Mind Counselling Service provides counselling to Adult NDIS consumers who have Plan Managed or Self Managed funding. Members holding certain levels of coverage/extras with the following health funds may be entitled to rebates from their providers - Medibank Private, Phoenix Health, St Lukes, Doctors Health Fund and Police Health Fund.
