From the day they are born, we need to teach them to walk, talk and feed themselves, then off to schools to learn academic subjects and give them sports training. But when kids are struggling to find their identity and purpose in life, it can seem like an endless, confusing maze, with bad influences lurking at every turn. Throughout the course of this 5 day experience, clients participate in multiple activities and courses. These courses include conflict resolution, anger management, tech addiction and self-defence. The aim of this program is to help clients realise their own potential - we teach them the knowledge and skills to be the best they can be, to make the right choices for themselves - not because they have to but because they want to. My Healthy Mind put participants in high pressure environments to push them to their limits - then show them how to deal with problems using the tools we have taught them to create positive outcomes.
