Spelt Flour is also available for low tolerance of the modern wheat. Wayne, Averil’s brother-in-law, started work at the shop in August 2009. Making a busy and interesting change to truck driving, he was able to increase his passion from his own home bar ‘Down The Gurgular’ to brewing different beers in the shop’s kegerator for customers to try. The Ballarat Home Brew Centre is a family affair and you will often see the Eatts children: Jeremy, Corinna, Elisha and Shona in the store. You might even meet Averil's little sister, Cia (Wayne's wife) or perhaps some other relations coming in to lend a hand.
