TotalFighter fit a premier boxing gym in Wollongong. Operating since 2016, we specialise in 1-1 authentic boxing training which maximises your progress and results. It’s the individual attention that makes a difference. However, we also offer small group training (no more than 3) for those that prefer to train with partner or select friends. TotalFighter fit gives you options. Additional training services include Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). Once again, you’ve got options. Whether it’s boxing, Muay Thai or BJJ, your fight-training / martial arts needs are covered. Training ages and levels are open. This means that beginners and all ages are welcome. Importantly, we aim to make the training experience professional and low key. Attention to detail is super important in boxing, Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu but we also strive to make you feel as relaxed as possible — especially in the first session when beginner nerves can be prominent. Please be aware that teaching is individualised and rate of development and progress is closely monitored. We’ll provide you with the tools to develop your skills as you train like a boxer and reap the rewards of effort and expert tuition.
