Inverell Community Support is a not for profit organisation that aims to assist people live their lives to the fullest. It's Ashford facility is co-located on the same site as HNEAH, Community Health. It provides Community Transport services to eligible community members with a focus on those individuals that are transport disadvantaged, or those over 65 (50 ATSI). Support can be provided to attend medical appointments in towns such as Inverell, Armidale & Tamworth. Other location may be available. It also delivers a range of support activities for our aged clients including: * Tuesday Day Program - a fun filled day with lots of activities such as craft, games, music and a meal. * Social Lunch Bus Trips - join us as we head off to towns in our surrounding district for a good meal * Dementia Support & Carer Support is also available via our Inverell team. We take the "Wellness and Re-enablement" approach, and support our clients to focus on their strengths.
