• Various locations on your street that allow for social distancing
• 4 live Jazz performances per afternoon with staggered start times
• 2-hour gigs from 12 -5 pm *(12-2pm 1-3pm 2-4pm 3-5pm)

A selection of outdoor location near wine bars and cafes in the area
• Supply 2 x 2 metre space in which the artists can perform.

Curated list of Artists
Artist booking represents over 250 performers allowing you to choose form a huge range of exceptional jazz acts. Artists Bookings will personally curate a quality showcase of artists featuring high quality jazz singers and ensembles (subject to availability). Artist Bookings will undertake all rostering, venue communications, artist communications and ensure the production values go off without a hitch.
Technical needs
Artists will supply all musical instruments and guitar amps.
Artist Bookings we supply small venue audio packs including:
• speakers on stands
• microphones, stands, leads, cables
• dI's
• Plus install and removal fees by a qualified sound technician
Tech pack fees - speakers, stands, mics, di, leads etc $325 per day (inclusive all locations)
Qualified sound technician in charge of installation, set up, sound management, removal $215 per day (Inclusive all locations)
Artist Bookings will manage and provide administrative support for all:
- Artists Communications
- Location Communications (once established)
- Tech Communications
Contracts and statements of understanding between artists/locations/Council/tech support.
Assist with the creation of marketing materials.
Provide 24 hour/7 day support and troubleshooting support if required.
