Everything from Vocal Concerts to Classical recitals to Latin fiesta de guitarra, Artist Bookings can curate a sensational performance that will delight, inspire and ensure your event is remembered for a long time to come.
How is a house Soiree different from a band?
A House Soiree is a mini concert where your guests sit to watch the performers. The emphasis is on the entertainment value of the artists. Normally your guests would not socialise during the Soiree. When you book a live band you are booking ambience, background music and danceability. Your guests being free to mingle, chat and boogie.
A house Soiree is a short event – between 30 to 50 minutes. This ensures your guests have enough time to enjoy the performance without taking time away from mingling and socialising.
What kinds of soirees are available?

La Combinacion Perfecta Showcase
**We combine Operatic, Jazz and Latin** musicians to bring you musical highlights to suit all tastes and musical preferences. This is the perfect way to engage with all ages and Musial preferences. Up to 7 artists attend these events.

Can there be a break in the soiree?
**Yes** we allow for a 5 -10 minute interval for refreshments
Can there be a special event during the soiree?
**Yes** if you want to host a commitment ceremony, a surprise engagement announcement, a gender reveal, showcase your own singing or blow out the candles on a birthday cake while our artists play happy birthday – all of this is doable.
We will work with you to ensure the timing is just right and we will make sure your special moment is the highlight of the soiree.
Can I make requests for music and songs?
**Yes** as the host you get to request songs and music you want prior to the Soiree (so the artists have the chance to rehearse). Because we pride ourselves on the quality of our performances you cannot request additions to the playlist 72 hours prior to the event.
Can my guests make requests at the soiree?
**No** we only ever present well-rehearsed professional performances; asking artists to sing songs they haven’t rehearsed can be very disappointing for all concerned.
How many people can come to the soiree?
Covid requirements aside you can have as many people as you can fit comfortably in your room and still leave space for the artists, technicians and their equipment.
Can my guests or children use the instruments and equipment?
**Sorry no.** Even if they are trained we do not allow people to interact with the equipment. Accidental damages and health issues aside, we have a duty of care to ensure your performance goes off without a hitch.
Do I need a big space?
**No not really**
You will need a dedicated performance area that allows the artists to enter and exit safely and room for your guests to be seated. Because of sound bleed we prefer the soiree to be indoors or undercover.
Artists may need access to power
You will need to provide a secure dedicated room for artists to store equipment and to change should this be required
Can the event be live streamed?
**Yes it can**. We will bring in all the gear and set up three hours prior to the event, provide you with the streaming link so you can inform your audience and include running titles and holding screens promoting your event. Your event can be streamed live on either a private or open source link, You tube, Facebook or another streaming platform.
We offer a **Full services duel camera/microphone set up** and a **Single Service solo camera/microphone** (but this results in fewer options in terms of sound and vision management)
Our technical team will need direct access to your router so we can provide a strong signal– we can run cables if needed. They may also need the router password
Can I sell tickets to the event?
**Yes you can** Both the live performance and the streamed performance.
We can even help manage the ticketing process for you
Can you help with bar service?
**Yes we can** We provide bar and catering staff who will serve alcohol and clean up at the end of the night. BUT WAIT there’s more Our staff can also be part of the entertainment – **Surprise singing waiters** is something else we offer and adds an unexpected highlight to the event.
How Much does it cost?
The fees quoted below are inclusive of all administration, communications, insurances, gst, transport within a 70km radius of Melbourne cbd and the provision of our Host/MC.
**Solo/duos performances** range between $1525 - $2330 depending on the technical requirements.
**Trio performances** range between $1850 - $2520 depending on the technical requirements.
**Showcase performances** range in price from $2420 - $4980 depending on the number of artists and the technical requirements.
**Bar and Front of House staff** are additional depending on number of staff and time required.
