Under the guidance of Master Neal Hardy, Chief Instructor of Fire Dragon Australia, students are introduced to authentic Kung Fu training combined with Chinese philosophy, Chi Gung, meditation, self-discipline, and the wisdom of Pai. Pai Lum is more than martial arts training; it is a lifelong journey that develops confidence, resilience, focus, and inner harmony. Students learn practical self-defence skills while also exploring the deeper principles of energy control, mindfulness, and traditional martial arts culture. Fire Dragon Kung Fu Club welcomes students of all ages, experience levels, men and women alike. Whether you are seeking fitness, self-defence, mental clarity, personal development, or a traditional martial arts experience, our classes provide a supportive and disciplined environment to help you extend yourself physically and mentally. Training takes place every Tuesday and Thursday evening at All Saints Church Hall, Cowper Street, Ainslie, Canberra ACT. Classes are designed to help students progressively build strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence, and understanding of the Pai Lum system at their own pace.
