To avoid the use of preservatives our meals are put in a blast freezer which ‘snap freezers’ the dishes in a short time to ensure that your meal is as fresh as the day it was made. Alex follows a strict food safety program. We are also proud to have been nominated as a finalist in the Telstra Business Awards in 2012 and Alex also won the Hervey Bay Young Business Man of the Year Award in August 2012.
