My business is all about people and helping them to navigate modern technology. I deal with both businesses and residential users dealing with issues ranging from failed hardware on their computers to helping them set up their laptops, printers and phones. If I could describe my aims in my business, it is to do my best to put people at ease while helping them to understand what is happening and then solving their issues. I started this business back in 2008 which is a long time to have a business and now I have over 2000 active customers that I keep in touch with via newsletters and blogs. I was previously to 2008, employed as a Senior Software Developer with companies in London, Perth and Sydney. The GFC saw my job go down and when the economy recovered, I discovered I was happy running my I.T. business here in Woodvale, and I never went back to long work hours hunched over a computer. I now serve people in the northern suburbs of Perth and I am both happy and proud to be a resource to help local residents and businesses.
