Founded in 1950, Brisbane Water Historical Society owns and maintains Henry Kendall Cottage and the Historical Museum complex. The museum is also staffed by volunteers from the Society. To research and foster an interest in the history of the Brisbane Water area and Henry Kendall. To collect, preserve and exhibit objects that reflect the lifestyles and occupations of the residents.
