Waratah Community Village is a newly constructed 30-unit village in Port Bouvard, just 10 kilometres south of Mandurah, Western Australia, just near where the Peel Estuary meets the Indian Ocean. The Village is constructed on 2 hectares of land owned by Waratah Community Church, founded in 1991 by Baptist Pastor Gavin Woolhead. Whilst all are welcome at church services, there is no requirement for residents to attend, or be involved in, church activities.
