The key areas of work include plan analysis, building personalised support systems, service coordination, communication with NDIA, risk management and capacity building. Through this process, participants gain a clearer understanding of their entitlements, access the right services and stay protected throughout their NDIS journey.
A Support Coordinator does not make decisions on behalf of participants, but provides professional guidance so participants can make informed choices, manage their supports effectively and maintain control over their own lives.
