Some three years later two South Australian businessmen, John Whiting and Tim Carracher - from a service and retail industry background recognised this need in South Australia and each purchased franchise’s in Adelaide. 
Ultra Tune Unley is a vehicle fleet management company where customers have reported friendly, efficient, and reliable services. Some had excellent experiences with the team's ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues. Appreciation was expressed for fair pricing and honest advice. A few instances of poor customer service were mentioned, involving rudeness and insensitivity. No mention of racial discrimination was reported in other reviews.
